Aneufast是一家专业生产诊断非整倍体染色体试剂盒的生物公司。QF-PCR试剂盒Aneufast公司的核心产品。Aneufast™ QF-PCR试剂盒包含六组多重标记系统，基于短串联重复序列（STRs）扩增技术，可同步检测精选微卫星位点及性别决定基因（Amelogenin-SRY）。该设计通过单次反应实现多染色体同步筛查，显著提升检测效率。此标记组合可精准识别13、18、21号常染色体及X、Y性染色体的非整倍体异常。

Aneufast™ QF-PCR试剂盒具有以下特点：

● 五色荧光DNA片段分析系统：采用五重荧光标记技术，实现单次电泳中13/18/21/X/Y染色体STR标记的同步检测与区分；

● 即用型PCR预混体系：含热启动聚合酶及优化缓冲液，操作仅需 "加DNA→扩增" 两步；

● 超快速检测流程：样本到结果仅需3.5小时

● 染色体特定位点备份设计：每套试剂盒额外提供 13/18/21/X/Y染色体专属STR标记（独立分装）

● 全平台兼容性：经优化适配ABI全系列基因分析仪，如3500/3500xL Dx，SeqStudio Flex和7500 Fast Dx

● 国际质量认证：符合欧盟体外诊断指令98/79/EC；通过 ISO 9001:2000 及 ISO 13485:2003 医疗器械生产双认证

R&D Systems位于美国的明尼苏达州，一直致力于生物制品的开发与生产。公司成立之初主要生产用于医院及临床应用的血控品。1977年，公司推出第一个产品--富血小板血浆质控品；1981年，公司成为全球第二家生产含血小板全血控品的供应商。40多年的发展中，R&D Systems仍持续开发各种血控品产品。

● 冷冻培养基及水封片剂：冷冻培养基（CryoCompound）是一种基于水的冷冻组织包埋培养基，旨在支持低温恒温器切片中的组织块。配方可促进快速冷冻、增强切片并在 -20°C 的工作温度下获得一致的结果。水封片剂广泛用于水溶液的盖玻片,是一种非荧光，并具有抗淬灭成分，可增加样品的观察时间。将 Aqua-Poly/Mount 与大多数荧光染料和染色剂一起使用，包括 DAB、碱性磷酸酶、Fast Red、AEC（氨基乙基脲）和各种其他显色剂，以增强和保持荧光强度。它可用于冷冻切片、脂肪染色剂、免疫组织化学和原位杂交的显色剂以及其他需要水溶性封片剂的应用。
